Our client is an expanding operations and developments management company with an exciting portfolio of execution and pre-sanction developments and operations.They are currently looking for a Development Manager to manage the delivery of offshore oil and gas developments to first production. Main duties: Overall co-ordination of oil and/or gas development either in pre-sanction or execution phases, including; subsurface, drilling, commercial, HSEQ, subsea and topsides facilities. Delivery of Development project to agreed schedule and budget. Communication with JV partners, DECC and other stakeholders. Assurance of HSEQ standards. Assurance of technical standards. HSE responsibilities: Compliance with the Client and Safety & Environment Policies. Provide safety leadership to Development Project and Office Environment Previous experience: Oil company developments management experience or subsea or topsides execution or front end project management experience. Skills: (inc IT skills) Project Management Communication at Workforce and Senior Management level Contract Management Qualifications: Degree qualified Chartered engineer preferable Extensive experience in similar role | |
