EU residential status essential.Candidates will ideally be degree qualified with database and MS Projects experience. Ability to understand all discipline estimates and capable of developing conceptual / budget estimates. Must understand the work, engineering scope definition deliverables and be able to generate complete estimate through final cost (all materials, fabrication, subcontracts, construction, localization and indirects) for all work required for a project. Responsible for complete cost estimate. Good computer skills. Results oriented attitude. Must have the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Fluent English. Eligible to live and work in the UK. Role requires experience in the petrochemical industry. Experience of managing and leading small and medium sized Lump Sum EPC oil and gas project estimates with minimal supervision. The Project Estimator will deal with complex major estimates while under the supervision and guidance of the estimating manager. Ability to organise and plan the estimating effort, including leading and guiding the discipline estimators. Responsible for the management and performance of the estimate related activities for a project estimate, the Senior Project Estimator will: Deal with conceptual and detailed estimates. Understand project and contract requirements to ensure the estimate is in accordance with the contract. Lead an estimating team, including detail & discipline estimators.
