Senior Project Procurement (Oil & Gas – Offshore)
Responsibilities:
* Set procurement criteria with project engineers, forms of commission and check with procurement department.
* Evaluate the project Vendor list and negotiate with the client any modification/addition.
* Consider alternatives suggested by the supplier playing an intermediary role between the Project Engineers and the Purchasing function.
* Coordinate delivery of technical documents by manufacturers and checks that the relative approval activities by the engineering specialists are carried out to deadlines agreed in orders.
* Assure process of definition and continuous updating of data relating to materials delivery dates with reference to project programme.
* Report periodically to the Project Manager about the progress of the activities and/or any criticality.
Requirements:
* Min Diploma / Degree
* Min 5 years’ relevant experience in the Oil & Gas – Offshore
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Singaporean and Singaporean PRs are welcome to apply
